Our café and retail space contributes to the visitor experience while supporting and promoting local community, First Nations‑owned businesses and ethical suppliers.As the Café & Retail Coordinator, you’ll combine hands‑on hospitality with meaningful leadership, mentoring staff and volunteers, supporting community connection and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience. You’ll lead service on the floor, shape team culture and help bring events, programs and everyday moments to life at the Centre.About You You’re a confident, approachable person who enjoys being part of the action. You thrive in busy, customer‑focused environments, stay calm under pressure and bring out the best in the people around you. You will hold, or be willing to obtain, essential certifications including Food Safety/Food Handling, Senior First Aid and a South Australian Working with Children Check.
